Yongda signed the 1.8 million tons/year ethylene glycol project contract

Li Jin, chairman of Jiangsu Yongda Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wang Huimin, deputy Secretary of party Committee and general manager of Shaanxi Coal & Yu Chemical Co., Ltd. respectively signed the 1.8 million tons/year ethylene glycol project over-limit equipment purchase contract on behalf of both parties.
 

 

It is reported that the phase I 1.8 million tons/year ethylene glycol project of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Coal Quality utilization New Chemical Material Demonstration Project is located in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Park. It is the world's largest coal-to-ethylene glycol project with a total investment of about 21.9 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and put into operation before the end of June 2021.

At the signing ceremony, Song Shijie, director of Shaanxi Coal Group Strategic Planning Committee, Secretary of Shaanxi Coal Yuhua Party Committee and executive director, made a brief introduction of the 1.8 million tons/year ethylene glycol project, and communicated with leaders of Yongda Chemical Company on the equipment management and maintenance after the project was put into operation. Song Shijie pointed out: Yongda equipment and other industry leaders, with a very strong comprehensive strength, product quality has been a long-term market test. I hope that we can work together to build a world-class modern coal chemical project with excellent equipment performance and stable and reliable equipment, so as to make this project a benchmark in the world coal chemical industry.
